I downloaded my programs. Now what do I need to listen to them?
All you need is a computer that's hooked up to the Internet. If you want to listen to your iAmplify content away from your computer, you'll need a CD burner, or an iPod or other MP3 player.

Do I need an MP3 player to listen to iAmplify?
No, definitely not. There are two other ways to listen to your iAmplify audio content: you can play it through the speakers on your computer, or you can burn it to a CD and play it on a stereo or portable CD player.

What is MP3 technology and why is everyone using it now?
MP3 technology allows you to listen to sound digitally* using very small files. They don't take up too much space on your computer's hard drive, and you can store thousands of MP3 files on a device that's about the size of a calculator.

Which MP3 player works with content from iAmplify?
Our files can be played on any MP3 player.

What is my username for iAmplify?
Your username for iAmplify is the e-mail address you used when you registered.

Why am I having trouble logging on?
There are a couple things you can try:
    •  Make sure your cookies and/or JavaScript are enabled.
    •  Don't forget: your user name and password are case- sensitive, so you have to capitalize them exactly like you did when you first registered.
    •  If you forgot your password, we'll send it to you. Go here , enter your e-mail address, and pretty soon you'll have a new e-mail with your password in it.

Is my password case - sensitive?
Yes, your password and user name are both case-sensitive.

Does iAmplify use JavaScript?
Yes, and since we do, you do too. Please make sure that you have JavaScript enabled in your Web browser.

What about cookies?
Yes, you should make sure cookies are enabled as well.

Is my private information secure on iAmplify?

How can I cancel my subscription?
If for any reason you need to cancel your subscription, go to your "Account Summary" page and select the subscription you'd like to cancel.

How do I view your videos?
Our videos are .mp4 files and they play in Quicktime, or on a video iPod. If you would like more information on Quicktime, click here.

What are "video slideshows"?
"Slideshows" are video files, with the extension .mp4. Slideshows are made up of a moving series of still photos with audio. Slideshows are ideal for workouts, so you can see the full exercise position, while you're being coached verbally. Slideshows may be played on Quicktime or on a video iPod. Why does the video keep stopping and starting while I'm watching it?
If a video doesn't play continuously, it may be due to your connection speed. You will need a broadband connection with at least 500+Kbps for the best viewing experience. We may also be experiencing high traffic, which will sometimes affect the speed at which we can deliver the video files. If this is the case, there's not much you can do. However, we are continuously adding servers to keep up with demand. Thank you for your patience.

How do I stream using Windows Vista?
To stream your content if you have Windows Vista, please right-click on the stream icon and select "Save Target As...". Once you have saved the file, double-click to start streaming your program.
